Conventions

Field names

snake_case, consistent across every product and delivery target.

Timestamps

ISO-8601, UTC. A timestamp is always the time of observation, not of delivery.

Prices

Decimal values with a separate currency field (ISO 4217 code), never a formatted string.

Booleans

true or false, never a string like "yes" or "1".

Missing values

An empty string for missing text, null for missing numbers. We don't invent a placeholder.

Schema version

A schema_version column is present on every row, in every delivery.
